N/A - everything was fabulous!! Fast, efficient, friendly service with knowledgeable staff. Mr. Ever Cruz was extremely helpful in explaining the buying process at DTC and his knowledge gave me the confidence to take my VW Van to his store. Mr. Cruz got my 4 tires delivered to his store in a fast, efficient manner with a phone call to me to let me know they had arrived. The tire technician was extremely helpful. We recommend that you replace your brake pads once they have worn down to 2/32" or based on your vehicle manufacturers recommendation.
